Almanac 3 v.3.1.0 (updated January, 19 2005)

Version 3.1.0: It now exports ephemerides as web pages ready to publish. Rapid access to all the currently visible comets.

Version 3.0.0 New projections and graphical functions added.. It shows solar eclipse path on earth. It can update comets and asteroids data files from the internet. World and USA locations databases added.

Version 2.6.0: supports comets ephemerides and maps, and computes all kinds of position of comets and asteroids.

Version 2.50: now it is possible to use in the computations universal time UT1, or terrestrial dynamical time (TT). One can choose between equatorial and ecliptic frame of reference, showing then mean apparent of astrometric geocentric coordinates . It is also possible simultaneously computing coordinates of the Sun, of the Moon and of all the planets, at intervals of time from one minute to any number of days.

Version 2.30: now it can directly read coordinates of the observation places. Available for now Italian localities database.

The calculations for the positions of the celestial bodies are performed to relatively low precision  (0" .1 for the planets, the Sun and the Moon for the actual date). The database of the asteroids contains 1000 objects only.

Complete

Calculations for the positions of the greatest bodies of the solar system performed to the maximum precision. The database of the asteroids contains over 100.000 objects, while that of the stars reaches mag. 10 (250.000 stars can be displayed).

To install complete version, you must first install the "light" one, then upgrade it with the following files:
